Thereβs always that feeling of βwas it a fluke ?β But no , I went out ran for 25 mins again π
Within that 25 minutes there were short periods where everything seemed to βalign β or flow smoothly and then I was back to gosh this is hard !
I couldnβt quite grasp and hold onto those βgood bitsβ but perhaps thatβs the prize ?
I know that I am managing each run ok so maybe itβs about the practising and then as my stamina grows and I continue to learn from each run then the good bits wonβt be so transient ? ........ and maybe Iβm overthinking in my current βglowβ of completing Wk7 R1 πππ
I changed my route , as much as I like it and itβs perfect for practising, I do want to keep things βfreshβ.
Changed the playlist too but think I had too many 3 minute songs and I began to think βhow many more to go β π₯΅. I think Iβm better with a couple of longer tracks at the beginning to sort of launch me in to the 10/12 minute mark π€·πΌββοΈ
What did I say about overthinking π€·πΌββοΈ But actually it does help .
