I start week 3 today. its been hard as am not very fit but having the app talking to me gives me the push to keep going. Really enjoying it.

Just keep going. Seriously, I was sooooo unfit and those 60 second runs in week 1 felt like they would kill me off. I have just finished week 6 and I feel amazing. The sense of achievement is wonderful.
Keep telling yourself you can do it because you really can 👍👍👍
Done my first of WK3 this morning.
Managed it better than I expected. Was very apprehensive but kept to a rhythm and kept my speed (ahem) in check and feel great now.

i am going to be doing week 3 after my last run of week 2 tomorrow, if i get thru it. i am a snail. have actually become one i think, cos its the only way i am going to be able to get thru this amazing challenge.the sense of achievement is massive isn't it.
