Well I did it Run 3 Week 9 👍

Well I decided I may as well try the last run today. 4.41k in 31 minutes. I was quite pleased with that even though at times it felt like I was walking and not running (jogging) in my case 😂 but I’ve graduated now!!

I will definitely be keeping this up though as I have a Race for life coming up on 26th September so another 5k to complete xx
