So Iβve been away for 5 days eating and drinking ππ¦π·πall the wrong things.
What advice can you give me to get back to the right pace for this last 30 minute run of the program. I donβt think I can manage 30 minutes just at this time. I was thinking maybe a 2 x 20 minute runs over this week then maybe Sunday go for the big one ππΌ
Any ideas most welcome.
