So after all the amazing support and advice this morning, I took to the country road for my 1st run of week 7 feeling inspired, and immediately ran too fast 🀣 I eventually slowed to my regular pace and got through it. Roll on run 2

I found that too and as I progressed through the runs in week 7 I felt as though my pace was steadily increasing but not according to Strava (doh!). I think it’s my stamina improving which makes it feel like I can go faster. But like they say it’s not always about how fast you go! Keep going!! Well done! πŸ’ͺ🏻
