Unexpected benefits, and the odd downside of C25K

I got back on the Kwak yesterday, for the first time in about 3 weeks-- well I needed some speed after all this embracing my inner snail. Well blow me, I am absolutely sure its that bit faster and that little bit more nimble. I can only put this down to the fact that the lardy idiot sat on top of it is 10% less lardy than when he last rode it.

On the downside, I caught myself in the bathroom mirror this AM and my neck looks like it needs fattening up for Christmas-gobble, gobble. :-)

The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away .... 😂

Probably best to avoid mirrors and enjoy the Kwak!
