A new covert, I hope

My friend Melody has had the running gear for a long time and downloaded the C25K app before lockdown.

She could write a dictionary of excuses why she never started.

Anyway, she’s staying with us for a week so this morning I accompanied her on W1:R1. So nostalgic!

She cracked it no problem. Only after did she admit that she’d never looked at the schedule and had thought we’d be out running for a whole hour!!

So, come Monday morning we should be out again showing the pavement what it was laid for 😎
