Week 5 run 3 to me it means half way.

I found it harder this week but no further calf soreness.

I am really going slow but it means I can concentrate on the breathing and pace. Always the second half of the run is where I feel my energy kick in and have to not take off. For me it is about stamina not speed.

Roll on run 3.
