Unimaginable 9 weeks ago. Super proud! Complaining knee on the outset now a distant memory. The staff at Horsham's Up And Running were so helpful. The embarrassment of running on their treadmill in the shop window though 🤦🏻‍♀️. Amazed how quickly the new trainers enabled me to progress. Have persisted with the programme through the intense summer heat and current gloom and dank. As much a mental challenge as physical. Would be interested to see how much easier running on flat would be compared to our undulating hamlet. Has been tough! Kept on plodding though.

So thank you for this programme. Has been a complete revelation and I look forward to continuing with this new routine. I hope I’ve inspired my teenage daughters and that they’re proud of what their 47 year old mother’s achieved. Ever hopeful... 😆
