Well, that was a bit of a step up. Running 16 minutes instead of 8 or 9.
I did it though and felt great. Its clear to me now how well designed the programme is.
So far, i have learned that my own mind and resolve is the most important factor and to dismiss any temptations early rather than entertain the idea of staying in and being lazy instead.
The more I practice self discipline, the easier it seems to be getting.
