acountrycabbage W6 R2 - 2.2K overall but only recorded the 10 mins running sections, paused watch when I started walking in the middle. I was only really testing it for this weekend :)

I’m not yet clued up on how to read all the data but it’s hella cool isn’t it? I know once I’ve got my head around it all it will spur me and help me plan my goals.

What I’ve liked about tracking so far is when I have felt really sluggish on a run, yet afterwards seen my pace wasn’t so bad after all. Enjoy your new bling (of sorts!) 😎

No me neither 😂 I think it’s cool tho I can see I slow right down when my heart rate gets really high.. all this going on in the background when are running and just listening to our bodies x

It’s soo clever, it will no doubt make you feel more in tune with your body 💗

Great work!!! I think tracking the run gives you good encouragement and motivation. I havent been pausing my fitbit during the walking intervals, do you think i should? I'm doing w6r3 tomorrow.. so proud of myself for getting this far 😊

Ahhh so am I!!! Good luck :) well there are no walking intervals left now so don’t need to worry about that anymore 😉 x
