Thank you so much for the advice and support - it really got me through the last 2 runs! What is even equally amazing is that my neighbours carer has seen me out a few times and we got chatting about the C25K. I saw her yesterday and she’s now on Week 5 and thanked ‘me’ for being so inspiring to her!! What a gift!
