No to cotton. Runderwear are supposed to be good but I’ve not tried them. I’ve never had an issue with my M and S usuals 🤣 Do you mean knicker pants or leggings?

As Tasha99 says, cotton tends to be poor at coping with running type exercise. I've been running in compression shorts under my outer shorts rather than my usual cotton-based undies. (I'm a guy, so don't have the same sort of problems "down there".)

You could try putting some vaseline there or Asda’s liquid talc is supposed to be amazing for chafing! Much more effective and far cheaper than the other anti chafing products out there.

Never thought about this, but there are sports branded underwear you might want to try. I bought some New Balance ones in TKMaxx a while ago.

I don’t only wear them, but thinking about it...I do find that they feel like they’re almost not there. Hope it might help. 🤗❤️
