Well after a week away and 2 weeks since a run outside (been on the treadmill a few times) I felt determined to get my mojo back this week and fit in at least 2 5k runs a week in prep for the bridge to 10k plan which starts on the 5th!...
Took myself on a loop route so I didn't chicken out and stuck to my goal... Great thinking as it spurred me on. But I hadn't appreciated that my last km was going to be against this crazy wind out in the open! ππππ gruelling!! Im pretty sure I was running backwards for some of it but i did it! π Next run will surely be easier than that!!
