Said to the missus and daughter no1 last night that I was going to give myself an extra day off because the house move; which we are doing by ourselves with a Ford Ranger; had me knackered. Then I only went and woke at 05:30 this AM thinking what the hell, get out there. I was dreading the extra running time as I thought it was going to kill me, but I stuck with what you lot and my experience so far has taught me, i.e. I took it very slow, in fact I know that my fast walk is faster than that jogging pace, but it works! I got through the session quite comfortably and was even able to stretch out for the last 60 seconds. I wouldn't have believed that I would be doing that if you suggested it a week ago.

Back to dismantling beds and killing my back. Only another two or three days of this to go.
