Wk5R1...loved it!

Was a bit apprehensive about the infamous Week 5. Combined with the fact I’m away on a camping holiday near West Bay down in Dorset which is a) am unfamiliar running route and b) hilly!

But I found a pathway and kept going (albeit downhill) and absolutely loved it. Felt really comfortable and ready for what WK5 brings!
