A bit late posting this as I actually ran Friday! A good run despite the weather, light drizzle at the start although that didn’t persist but the wind.......

It was very windy here on Friday and as I experienced running directly in to the wind is not easy or pleasant.

Good work! I was a bit worried about the wind too but luckily it had dropped by the time I did my virtual 5k yesterday.

Well done for getting out there and running in the wind! And your longest run on Strava to boot! 👏👏👏👍

The wind has dropped this morning here in the fens after 2 days of high winds. I really wanted to run today but taking an extra rest day after a long run on Friday morning. 😀

Nice! That means you’ve probably overtaken me on RunLeJog4! So now we can have a virtual Fish and Chips before we run on! Longest run... Blimey! Well done!

Brilliant run, into wind will always slow you down, but will also help improve stamina, can’t wait to be in a position to start again.

Ps got appointment with prosthetist late this week 🏃🏽‍♂️
