As I write this I’m contemplating my final run of Week 9 😯 I made it, who would have thought that I would call myself a runner - back in March I could bare run for a buss now I’m going out 3 times a week and signed up to Run in the Dark in November, happy run day guys 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️

Most of us would have been huffing and puffing for minutes after running for a bus when we started.
This brilliant programme works.
I had a frankly amazing (but still hard) 29 minute run this morning, and am looking forward to starting Week 9 on Sunday morning.
