Not a good day to run.

It should be run three of week two, however I didn’t sleep well and only had three hours good sleep. The weather has turned and already very windy (as predicted) my run takes me down part of the Thames estuary and it’s going to be extremely windy. So I may choose to run this evening after work or go tomorrow instead. Am I making excuses or is this a good idea?

I’ve often had to postpone runs because of circumstances (including rain!)

I don’t think an extra day off makes difference.

I don't think you're making excuses. It sounds like if you went out now you'd not enjoy it. I would wait until you feel the urge to go out. I went outside for the first time today running and the wind and rain was really refreshing for me, but it might be a hindrance for you. I would definitely go when you an enjoy it x
