Well, that was hard, especially the first 20 minutes, arguably the first 24 actually, but somehow, the bit where she suggests you speed up and finish on a high, i did just that!
once i got past the first ten minutes it was mainly all the lactic acid in my calves that made it a struggle I think i wasn't breathing deeply enough, so not keeping the oxygenated blood flowing to my muscles. About 3.2km of actual running, so I wont be getting up to 5k in 30 mins, but i am just so please how far i have come.
