What to do next plus one very embarrassing question 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have done quite a few consolidation runs and then read all about juju magic plan, okay that is a possibility. Run a couple of 6k. So here is the problem I was slow. So read about stepping stones and now completed two of them. Much faster but exhausting.

So which do I do or am I overthinking this?

Now to the embarrassing question for those who do stepping stones - when the beat says 1,2,3,4 is this for each foot to hit the ground or one stride (as in two feet hitting the ground)? Does this make sense. My feet can’t move that fast or is that the whole point. And yes I may well be being dense! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

It's each foot so left on 1 right on 2 etc etc..👍

Sadly that is what I thought but had hoped it wasn’t that fast. Now can see why I can’t run 5k in 30 minutes 🤣

I can't either😂 Buts that's immaterial. Try shortening your stride length and forget about distance for now👍

Entirely up to you. It's your running journey - no-one else's. The C25K+ podcasts and Ju-Ju's plan are simply structured pathways to help you after C25K.

Hi, John. Podcasts?

Yup. There are 3 excellent supplementary C25K+ podcasts/mp3s that you can download to your phone: Speed, Stamina and Stepping Stones. All very useful for post-C25K graduates.

I need to keep this in my head. Find it hard to make decisions so I procrastinate instead. Suppose as long as I am out there running anything else is a bonus.

😂😂 I actually look like this as well. Beat is so fast, my legs cannot keep up with this. Must try harder- used to on my school report so things haven’t changed much 😂😂

It doesn’t matter. It’s your session don’t worry about stuff. Just listen to what’s said and go along as best you can I have two left feet and no rhythm but we hit our stride eventually.

The three podcasts are really good and will bring your running on no end. Enjoy them 😀👍

She means walk two three four. Just simply putting one foot in front if the other like you do when you walk or run. Not like the Hokey Cokey, although that would be good fun 🙂
