I've got to take it easy for a while (unspecified time by my gym trainer and physio friend) as I have tendinitis in my left knee caused by tight quads apparently. All that working from home in lock down has tightened up quads and hip flexors.
I was really enjoying the programme as well, so gutted to have to stop. I have a couple of stretches to work on and knee exercises with ankle weights to practice.
I'm a teacher at a FE college so my usual day was spent standing most of the time, and sitting on my butt did more than add a few pounds to my waistline! Yet I speed walked most days and kept active but I guess that wasn't enough😞😞
I'll keep cheering you all on though, and I love hearing how you are all doing,

Ps. I didn’t really understand what you said was wrong but it sounds painful, a bit like shin splints people on here talk about, no idea what they are either.
