Back in January I bought some new trainers for running. They’re starting to look and feel a little tired. Looking to buy some new ones. Have around £75 to spend. Any advice or recommendations?

Running shoe advice
Hi JayCooper,
I just invested in some new running shoes, I actually went and spoke to the guy in the shop and they pointed me in the right direction.. and they didn't just go straight to the most expensive ones either... i initially chose a pair that were for cross country running, he explained that what I needed was a different kind, more flatter, as I run on a tow path/normal ground.
They were from Sports Direct.. reduced from £52 to £42 then down to £38...
I think for me, a good starter pair... I'm sure that once I'm running further for longer, I'll need better ones, but for they're just fine!
They're New Balance, mens (womens are to narrow for me)

Have a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop and find out what suits your running style, rather than take advice from someone else whose perfect shoe may be wholly unsuitable for you.

Absolutely would agree with admin !
You are well advised to have a gait analysis from a specialist Running shop and then fitted for the correct Running shoes for you !
I'm also looking for running shoes and I found many shops in my area perform a gait analysis for free if you buy the shoes!! so if you know you need a new pair go to a mid range shop and hopefully get the tailored to you
