Went out this morning for a gentle walk with Ollie - my doggie trainer and ended up completing my 2nd run of this week!!! I couldn’t believe it! Burkey46 - your post from last night just became my mantra during my last 3min run!! I loved the positivity and joy in it. Thank you.

I start W2 tomorrow! I realized when I first posted last Wed, when I started, that I did a typo and it should have been W1R1 (not2!) I’m doing W/F/M with the weekends off. Yesterday was better than I thought it’d be and I do feel I could now run for a bit longer than a minute (not much though 😂) I have been suffering a bit with a sore right groin, despite stretching before and after (and I do daily Yoga) but it has eased this evening so hoping tomorrow it’ll feel more comfortable 🤞 Am feeling inspired by yours and others efforts and achievements 😊

Good luck tomorrow! I didn’t imagine I could manage week 2 but I actually found it really good. I’ve taken everyone’s advice and slowed down which amazingly works hahahaha. And this week I’m managing to do the 3mins. You will be amazing tomorrow. Stick to it!!!!
