3km in the rain

Short on time (should have got up earlier) so a slow 3km in the rain. Thought the cool rain might speed me up but it didn’t 🙄. Must go to bed earlier.

The rain might not speed you up but it does help cool you down and keep the heart rate lower. So hopefully you will recover quicker from that run.

My last run I went out because it was raining and despite the thunder I managed to miss all the rain. I too hoped it would make me faster.

At least you were out there 3k better than 0k. Saying that I’m going to get ready for a run now!
