After 11 days off I was a little worried about this one. I was certainly thankful for the intervals. It was hard, I could feel myself feeling sluggish. But I did it.
I initially worried it would be as hard as week 1 where I'd struggle to do just 1 minute, so this is a classic example of trust the program, trust your body. You cant lose 5 weeks of fitness and progress in just 11 days, I have had a word with myself "have more faith" π
So from this I'm learning it's ok to have time off if you need to, life is busy with 3 kids, sometimes you do have to be flexible and change things, just pick up where you left off when you can. One thing I definitely realised is that I'm enjoying it, I missed it and wanted to run this morning
Hopefully run 2 will feel a little more comfortable, 2 x 10 min runs, I can do that ππͺ
