Loving jogging !!! But need shoes

Yes I did say that!! Lol & I never thought I would ...3 miles this morning!! All thanks to this App...

Right I now need to get decent running shoes. Lol I jog but still need shoes. What do you good folk recommend?

What I recommend is a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop, otherwise you take pot luck when you buy shoes.

What is perfect for one runner may be wholly unsuitable for you.

As lannodaTruffe says-- do yourself a huge favour and get yourself booked in for gait analysis, so that you get kitted out with a pair of shoes that suit your bodies mechanics and thereby help to ensure that you don't suffer from preventable aches, pains, & injuries down the line.

I went and had mine done two weeks ago and a absolutely over the moon with the results.

Gait analysis and then the correct shoes for you .

When I bought mine I had a name in mind and even the model,

I completely changed my mind and now have the ones that are right for ME.
