Good morning all, hope you’re well. It’s starting g to get dark when I run. Any suggestions on how to be seen and to see in the dark when out on the road and field?

Thank you

Hi there, I would wear a fluorescent bib or jacket - if it’s too warm just tie it round your waist so at least you can be seen .. good luck 😉

Light coloured clothes, lots of runners vests and tops have three reflective strips that catch the car headlights etc x and stick to streetlit areas as much as poss, no dark alleys

I have a flashing light which clips onto a jacket or T-shirt. Fluorescent running jacket and my capris have reflective design on them.

I have a proviz bib that I use a lot at the moment - the fabric is seriously reflective. I have a coat in the same material for winter use after seeing cyclists wearing their stuff and been impressed by how much more visible it is than standard high viz gear. I'm thinking about investing in some clip on lights for when it gets darker.
