Need motivation

I had got to W4R2 and found it really hard, then was away for a few days, when I came back felt very fatigued for the past week and couldn't stick the humid heat, I do have some health problems. Anyway two weeks have nearly passed and I need to get back to C25K and not lose what I have built up till now. I am still tired but I feel I have to get out there, any advice and motivational tips would be very welcome, should I go back a week or give the week I was on a go?

it has been hot. Don't give up. Go back to a week you are comfortable with and start from there.

I absolutely agree with Tiny3001. I went back to the start of C25K after a break from running and it was the best thing I could have done. Be patient and keep at it. You've made progress by posting on here, look forward to seeing how you get on

Don't give up as you have done so well, especially with health issues. Just remember to read all the tips on here for runners, and take it slow. No harm in going back to repeat a run if you think you need to. Good luck and be proud!
