Happy Monday Everyone <3

It's my birthday on Wednesday.. when I started the plan I was hoping a run wouldn't fall on my birthday! Now I'm so far down the line I'm very pleased to have my W5 R2 run, I know it's gonna set me up for a great day!

Hey, well done for getting to week 5! It's my birthday on Wednesday too (66, how did that happen?)! And I'll be plodding along on my 27th post grad 'run'. I was hoping to reach 5k but that ain't gonna happen this week. The recent hot weather and humidity have slowed me down. Onwards! Go us🏃‍♀️🏃💥

It was my birthday last Wednesday (64 and I dont have a clue how I got there either I still feel like I'm 12!!) and yours and Sally1993s on this coming Wednesday! Ha Ha! but youv'e outdone me by 2 years! I'm sooooo impressed that this is your 27th post grad run!!!! Wow there's hope for me yet!!
