Fresh back from my final run ie week9 run3 and I only went and done it!!! Yay!!
So my original post was is 74 too old to start running? So all of you thinking like me I wish I could BUT .... just leave that couch! This is the best thing that has happened to me -certainly during lockdown, and thanks again for all the great advice and support posted here.
However, am feeling a bit lost now I have finished with Jo, what would you advise I should aim for next ?

I remember that post from you Blake1921 and told you that you were not too old to begin C25K because I graduated one month after I was 72.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K, well done.
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked August C25K graduation home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated, once again congratulations, now go and celebrate your wonderful achievement with 🍷 🏃🏾 👍 🎓
Thanks so much - not a technical person but will try to get someone to help to get graduation on my profile. I loved the congratulations and confetti - felt like a teenager
It's on the healthunlocked C25K home page in the pinned posts on the right side of the page, if you want to run for longer than 30 minutes you could try the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, anyway embrace your graduation celebrations and don't for a little while think about longer runs. 🏃🏾 👍 🎓
Yes, thank you Blake 1921...I think that’s a good idea as I was thinking if I find it difficult I can always repeat week 9.
You may surprise yourself, enjoy the freedom, not think about time and speed just enjoy the fact that you can run for 30 mins, something we couldn’t do before and of course a lot of other folk still can’t do!
Hi, so very well done, that’s an inspiration mIf you haven’t found it yet I think if you click on this link you will see the August Graduations, leave a comment to say you have graduated and the word graduate will appear by your name
