I am going to run today but day before yesterday i did the 3rd run of week one and it hurt my legs. The nights before i could not sleep with restless legs, a symptom of being a 50 something woman. Should i do week one again until its comfortable or push through.
Was it my restless legs the night before that made them so tired and ache. I gey it so mad its literally painful.

Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow, as recommended in the guide to the plan.
Many people do not hold their stretches for long enough or put enough effort in. Hold post run stretches for 30 seconds and make sure the pull is strong enough to be on the verge of discomfort.
I am new to this so cannot comment. However have you tried yoga? Honestly it fixed my sciatica and my bad knee. I don't know if it will help with restless legs bit may be worth a try. I started with YouTube videos so free. Good luck and I hope your legs get better soon
