Well I did my 3rd run of W4 today......in a steady downpour. It was lovely compared to the past sweltering days!
I'm still a bit shocked how I'm doing this. Sometimes I have a doubt in the back of my mind that I'm going come to a stuttering halt but my playlist keeps me going! Day off tomorrow and some weights work on Monday and back into W5 on Tuesday. I'm not going to peep just do what is asked, hopefully.
Congratulations to all who have graduated in the past several days too...in the heat. Wow!

Thank you! I'm also having just as much fun running my old favourite walking routes again. Some I'm steering clear of for now because there are some steep gradients on the cliffs and some lanes are a bit up hill and down dale but I will leave those until fitness increases! It's such a shame that so many lanes around here have no verge or pavement, too dangerous to run in the road!
