Well I didn’t expect this W8 R3 due Saturday and it’s virtual Park run day so who knows what will happen! I have to say found it very tough this week with the heat but didn’t want to stop now. I never thought I would ever be able to run again with my Asthma but here I am running and enjoying myself. Have a great weekend everyone
