I’m so pleased I’ve managed to complete the Couch to 5k, having recovered from a major operation I thought I wouldn’t be able to run let alone run for 30mins.
I’ve started the program again but running faster each time, getting back to fitness is my main goal.

Many people try to redo the plan as you have suggested, but I have never heard of anyone completing it on this basis........keep us posted.
Fast interval running on every run is not the recommended route forward. We suggest you consolidate at 30mins/5k for a few weeks or until it is comfortable.
