Had a week away and whilst i did a massive amount of walking, 9 miles in 1 day, i didn't run. I started week 7 today and only managed 20mins before collapsing in a sweaty heap ! Need some motivation to carry on guys.... help x

But seriously, running in the heat isn't fun.
I think it is the heat. The same happened to me today. It was W8R3 and after managing 28 minutes twice this week, I gave up today after 25.
Don't be too hard on yourself (I am trying not to be hard on myself!). Just run again another day when it is cooler and remember that one month ago 20 minutes seemed like a tremendous achievement, and they are!!
Can you go earlier in the day? Running in the heat can be brutal!

It’s the heat - it makes it so much harder! You can do it - stay positive.
Don't worry, you will have good days and bad days. Maybe you weren't rested enough after your walking holiday, especially if you were walking every day. Listen to your body, have a couple of rest days and then go out and try week 7 again. As others have said, it is a lot more difficult in the heat.
