Hello just finished my 4th week. The problem I have is I leave more than two days before running. I don't know if this is good or not. Really enjoying the programme and looking forward to starting week 5.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Three runs per week is optimal, but you don't lose significant condition in the first two weeks of non running, so you should be fine, but will have to accept that progress may a bit slower.
Enjoy your journey.

Wow you're doing great. With two days rest you're still running 3 times a week. You're getting through the plan and enjoying it so that's the important thing!!

personally I think this is fine!! I wouldn't leave too long between runs, but like most people here I do 3 runs a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday / Sunday depending on how I'm feeling).
keep it up and good luck for w5!!
