I have finished C to 5k. Should I still leave a day between runs, or would it be OK to run every day?

I could be wrong but I’d caution against running on consecutive days. The aim of the program is to get you (us) to a point where you (we) can run for 30 mins 3 times a week. Running more often than that and you’ll probably be overdoing it.
One of the moderators or admin will be able to clarify why.
I know it’s tempting but I’d put the brakes on until you get some proper informed advice from IannodaTruffe or Instructor57
I wouldn’t do consecutive days until you’ve been running at least 6 months.
In a word ch-ar don't even look at running everyday, concentrate on the consolidation runs, mix up your runs, incorporate hills and the odd speed session, intervals and such like. Yes you've qualified from C25k. But it'll take minimum of a year approximately before you're fully accustomed to the wear and tear that running will do to your muscles. It's far more beneficial to run and rest. Maybe jump across to the strength and flex forum and pick up some core work exercises for those non run days 👍
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.
This guide to post C25k running may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and includes a link to an article about running on consecutive days, which will give you something to base your decision on.
There are no "shoulds" but I would not advise a new runner to run on consecutive days until they have a good twelve months of regular running and strength work behind them.
Keep running, keep smiling.
It's a good idea to avoid running on consecutive days. I broke that rule yesterday, but it was only for five minutes. I've not run today. I had a long walk instead.
However, you do want to keep running regularly. At most every other day, and at least twice a week.
