Did my W9R3 on Saturday (was lucky enough to be on holiday in Blackpool and did my final C25K run on the beautiful prominade in Lytham St Anne's) never been so happy in my life!!! Went back to our guest house and told my husband that I'd completed the C25K (I didn't tell him... In case I gave up..... I have previous....ππ) he was delighted for me β€οΈ had a wee glass of wine π· to celebrate with my dinner that nightπ
Had my usual day of rest then set off this morning and I must say I had no drive, enthusiasm or motivation ππ³ WTF!!!! I have just completed an amazing self challenge and my motivation has disappeared...... Please help me get my mojo back its MIA!!!!
I am very proud of myself and I am truly beginning to love my wee runs.... Don't want to give up BUT what now?
Thanks in advance for any advice or information to get me motivated again!!!

Congratulations!! This is what iβm worried about after I graduate - I need a focus to keep me motivated and having the podcast in my ear stops me from just giving up when it gets tough! Iβm 3 weeks away from graduating but I think my plan is to do 2x 30 minute runs and 1x 5K a week (think my time will be around 35 minutes if I can keep my current pace) and consolidate this for a few weeks. Think Iβm then going to try Ju-Juβs Magic 10K plan! Canβt believe iβm actually saying that haha! I know having a goal is what motivates me so I think still having something to aim for is the key, but of course your aim could be to improve your pace instead and stick to the 5K! Hope this helps somewhat, and massive congratulations again!
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K π ππΎ π

Congratulations! I know just where you are talking about as don't live too far away - and what a lovely weekend to have run the prom! I graduated today (woo hoo) and am also wanting to make sure I keep motivated and keeping running - come so far, can't leave it there!
