I did it!! I managed to run for 25 mins without stopping and covered a distance of 4.5k!! I honestly never thought it was possible. It certainly wasn’t easy but wow, what a sense of achievement when you cross the finish line. To all of you who are at the start of the programme and finding it hard - keep having faith in the programme, you will be surprised how much you will be doing in such a short space of time. Keep going and believe you can do it!!
