You're a week behind me. Week 4 was definitely a step up... but it's worth the slog. If the weather is pleasant and cool you will enjoy Week 5 Run 1. I did.

PS. When you've done W5R2 you've done more than half of the running days. When you've done W6R3 you're almost half way through the total running time.
