Graduated a couple weeks ago and have done x3 runs each week after this (2x30mins and a 5k) Set off yesterday and really struggled. Got to 15 mins and had to walk for 10 mins before starting again only forced to stop again 10 mins later. Did not do anything different and not sure why I struggled so much yesterday. any advice would be appreciated 🙏

Possibly you have increased your pace without realising it and maybe just need to slow down. Or it was maybe just a ‘bad run day’. Either way just think positively about the next run.
