Well I had my first serious slippage since i started at the beginning of lockdown . Almost 10 days without a run. Allowed that old work stress to take over and felt I had to prioritise work over me again. To be fair the constant rain didn't help. Always felt if I missed a day it would be a disaster but after giving myself a kick up the backside and with some trepidation I ran yesterday. All I can say is it was not as bad as I thought . Still managed 30 mins and still didn't manage that final 5 mins of the Stamina session!
