PSA: Wear sunscreen 🌞

I didn't this morning, I was running early but still it was pretty sunny! UV exposure increases skin cancer risk for all of us 🏃‍♀️🏃🏽🏃🏿‍♀️

Also take all the usual precautions for this weather.

Indeed, I am of the right age to have loved this when it came out! And the R+J soundtrack...

I thought I'd have a listen since you linked it, and found this line:

Wise advice icklegui 🙂👍 The sun can be lovely, but it can also be deadly!🥵 I’m down on the south coast at the moment and the sea breeze can disguise just what the sun is up to!😊🌞

Very good point! At least if you're going to the beach people naturally might think of suncream but certainly the wind can hide the effect of the sun!

Am missing the south coast myself - Croydon will have to do for now!
