Complete c25k

Took upc25k ten weeks ago. I’ve played football and cricket to a pretty high standard, stopped playing football at 45 and cricket at 61(due to bad shoulder). Haven’t ran for thirty years or more. I am so so pleased to have completed course. Never thought I would after first week. Still running 5k three times a week so proud of myself!!!!
