Not updated in a while, so quick update to say been on my 5th or 6th (actually lost track now!) consolidation run this morning!
Up at 7:30am and feel very virtuous and saint like! Really lovely run, great rhythm and did a PB, got my run in under 40 mins - so now I’m thinking I may just be a runner ha ha!! Whoop whoop!

Well done!! I guess I’m just coming to the end of week 12 too!! I aim to do 6 miles a week so 2 5ks or 3 half hour runs. It’s all quite exciting isn’t it!!
2x5ks is a good idea. I failed C25K last year when "work took over". I was debating for a long time how I should get the runs in, but now when its run-day, I run, or at least I never postpone more than 1 day. If the workmonster shows up again, the 2x5ks would be a strong week.
