So this is the day I’m proud to say that I am now a graduate from C25K!! Yes me!!

Sometimes you convince yourself you can’t do things - other times you convince yourself you can. My advice is to believe you can and you will 💪🏼🤩 I’m super happy and will spend today with a massive smile on my face 😁 #whatnext
