Like others, I am finding this a tough programme. I decided early on my journey to use a tracker, and 1 month on I have just logged in....
So, I did OK at W1 and W2, W3 was tough, and W4 is my nemesis...but if I needed a boost I just got one. I have just looked at my 1 month summary and found I have ran/jogged/walked just over 40km!
Yes, I am on try 6 of W4, yes I come home knackered and sweaty with another run not quite ticked off, but 2 months ago I wasnt clocking up 40km of activity so you know what I am proud of myself I might be on W4 for a while yet so here's to the next 40km

You are doing very well with your running Hberryh, you can repeat as many runs or weeks as much as you like, if you are finding the runs hard, slow down a little, I hope it won't be long before you can go on to week 5.
