After an eventful first week including cramping, a sore foot and an extra rest day, I have finally managed to complete my third run! I use the word complete loosely as I managed to run 6.5 of my 8 minute runs. But after a daunting start and realising how unfit I am I didn’t think I would manage that this week. So despite having to stay on week 1 I am extremely please with myself 😊.

Well done - you’ll soon get there and would you have believed you could run 6.5 minutes a few weeks ago? I’m definitely taking longer than nine weeks, with extra days off in between but we’ll get there eventually :-))
