I was doing my 28 minute run... and I just kept going! I can’t believe it! I struggled to run 500m at the start.
Any advice - should I stick with the plan and do 28 mins, then 3x 30 minutes next week so I don’t wear out? Or can I keep doing 30-40 minute runs from here on to consolidate?

I’m only starting w8 tomorrow so don’t have the experience to be able to tell you but am very tempted to say “stick to the program, only 2 weeks to go” then see how you go with the consolidation runs. Well done on massive achievement though!
